   I first bought Hot Rod, as a targetmaster, in 1987. I had only enough to buy one transformer that long ago summer day. It was a tossup between Blur and Hot Rod. I think I made the right choice.

    hey dyansis, hotrod was actually modeled after the Japanese supercar concept car Dome Zero. Google it So in a sense you COULD actually have your own hotrod car.

    Targetmaster Hot Rod is the exact same mold as the first one only diff is the hand holes are a bit bigger and the engine hole aswell for the Targetmast to fit. Anywways love ya reviews keep up the good work I am slowly watching all of ya vids workin my way back to the older stuff.

    Ordered mine in ebay from hongkong today 30 quib…… tfc 13#, so tempted in getting it car mode kills me. cant get jazz tfc 01# though waaaaaaaaay to expensive for misb.

    I agree. The Rodimus Prime toy was complete crap. I think that is part of the reason why so many G1 fans hate Rodimus so much. The toy did not sell the character well at all.
