The good point cartoons have an anime they are forever locked in struggle of good vs evil know what you are talking about it is unusual to see someone die.

As i point out, at a time when characters are more likely to just disappear and never show their death, Robotech and Transformers the movie broke the barriers. I remember seeing this in theaters when i was 5-6 years old and coming out of the theater crying cause they killed Prime off. you dont get that type of emotion with cartoons of today.
