When the supercharged Cobra’s first came out, I saw a mag article (can’t remember which) where a stock Cobra ran 11.90 with just slicks. I don’t know how consistant they were, but its definately possible.

Corvette bought 95 gt 50 for 5000 stuck 6200 into it runs faster than any 70000 corvette bought hp performance turbo and when that gets put on ill be competing with built big blocks with my little 13 year old lil 302.
